How do audio guest books work?

What set up is required?

The phone will come with your message already saved and ready to play, the phone doesn't require any Bluetooth or WiFi to work and has a built in battery meaning the only set-up is placing it in your chosen location and switching it on!

When will I receive my audio guest book?

Your phone will be posted out to your desired location at least 2 days in advance of your event, with prepaid return postage. We ask you to return this within 5 working days of your event.

Can I get a digital and physical copy of my recordings?

Absolutely! You will always receive a digital version of your recordings and can add a physical vinyl or “message in a bottle” to your order.

When will I receive my recordings?

Audio files will be delivered within 5 working days of your handsets return, with add ons such as a "Message in a Bottle" or custom vinyl being sent after this point.

Do you ship abroad?

We can supply destination weddings but please get in touch with us at “hello@spoken-treasure.co.uk” first to avoid any surprise fees or taxes.

I’ve already ordered my guest book, is it too late to add a vinyl or other extra too my order?

That is no problem you don't need to book your audio guest book and extras together, just make sure to include your original order number so we can easily link your two orders.
